Mini-Tapestry Make-and-take with artist KELLY WALSH
Learn the basics of weaving while you make a tiny tapestry! This class is intended to be a fun and fast taste of weaving, and is suitable for anyone interested in any kind of fiber arts. You'll learn how to warp a miniature loom, and how to weave in shapes and textures on your tiny piece. These miniature textiles are perfect to brighten up an office nook, or attach them to a greeting card for a unique textured way to say hello to someone. The class is drop-in style, and won’t take the whole three hours, but you can make as many mini weavings as you want during the time available.
